Villa Michalis

• A washing machine and drying facilites at the villa if guests wish to clean and change linen / towels etc

• Towels supplied.

• If guests are staying for one week, the villa will be cleaned once guests have vacated.

• If guests are staying for two weeks then the villa will be cleaned 7 days after their arrival and then again once they've vacated.

• 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.

• Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.

• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges.

• Any cancellation charge applied is in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• All reservations can be cancelled 30 days before arrival date.

• Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee.

• For Non-Show, 100% cancellation fee.

• The swimming pool will be cleaned 2 mornings a week (or more often if weather leaves the pool dirty).

• Minimum stay 7 nights. During period from 13/04 - 19/10.

• Winter weekends are available - contact us for a price.

• Long-term winter rental is available, please contact us for a special discount.

• Check-In: 14.00 hrs (subject to availability).

• Check-Out: 12.00 hrs noon. Prolonged check-out is subject to availability.
